On LinkedIn it looks like commenting substantively on posts from people your ideal clients follow. Not “great post!” but a genuine addition to the conversation \u2014 a counterpoint, a supporting example, a question that extends the thinking. People see your comment, click your profile, and discover that you know what you’re talking about.<\/p>\n
On Facebook it looks like showing up consistently in the groups where your ideal clients congregate and answering questions before you ever post your own content. When you’ve been the helpful person in the group for three months, everything you post gets more attention because you’ve established context.<\/p>\n
On X it looks like joining threads on topics where your expertise is relevant and contributing perspectives that are different from what’s already been said.<\/p>\n
The platform amplifies your behavior. Valuable participation gets amplified into reputation and following. Broadcast-only behavior gets amplified into being ignored.<\/p>\n
Find where your ideal clients are having conversations. Join those conversations. Add genuine value. Do that consistently.<\/p>\n
